Disruptive guard with playmaking pop for William & Mary
Butts is a guard who stands out more for *feel and all-around impact* than pure scoring: in William & Mary’s 2002-03 season, she posted a career-high 7 assists in a win over Gardner-Webb while also adding 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals, showing she can help a team in multiple ways.[1] That stat line suggests a connector who rebounds above the position and creates for others, which can be valuable for a coach looking for toughness, energy, and secondary playmaking rather than a high-usage shot creator.[1]
