the veteran Indiana tackle with Hoosier pedigree
Brett Taylor is a former Indiana offensive tackle who was recognized for his academic consistency and offensive-line value, including Academic All-Big Ten honors in the 2000 season. He stands out less as a stat-sheet player and more as a reliability piece: big-frame trench work, positional discipline, and the kind of steady temperament coaches love on the edge. If you need a plug-and-play tackle profile with maturity and roster-floor stability, Taylor looks like the safe, veteran-style fit.
