veteran BYU DB with game experience and steady reliability
Kamel Greene is a seasoned BYU defensive back whose value is built more on experience and dependability than flash; in the 2017 season he appeared in 22 career games and posted six tackles, while his earlier BYU bio notes four tackles in 2016. He was a senior for BYU in 2017 and had even been projected in the fall camp depth chart at safety, which hints at versatility and trust from the staff. If you need a calm, assignment-sound defensive back with some roster flexibility, Greene looks like the kind of player coaches can plug in without much drama.
