Southern’s Kordell Caldwell: Versatile, Experienced Defensive Back With Real Two-Way Value
Kordell Caldwell is a seasoned Southern University defender whose value goes beyond the box score: he’s an experienced, multi-sport athlete from Pearland HS with the length, instincts, and football IQ to contribute in the secondary. He earned 23 tackles and 2 interceptions in his senior season at Arizona State, including a pick-six, and later developed into a redshirt senior rover for Southern, which hints at a player coaches trust in multiple coverage and run-support roles. If you want a dependable, assignment-sound defensive back with proven versatility and maturity, Caldwell is the kind of fit that quietly makes a defense better.
