High-Intensity Guard with Elite Ball-Handling and Defensive Hustle for South Dakota State
Jose Frias, a 6-2 point guard from New York, stands out for his relentless defensive intensity and elite ball-handling under pressure, averaging 4 steals in his best games (e.g., 3/3/2007 vs. opponent) while playing 30+ minutes consistently. Though his team struggled in the 2007 season (5-21 record), Frias’s differentiator is his personality: a gritty, no-nonsense competitor who never shies from contact and elevates teammates with his hustle. He has no significant injury history, and his intensity level is unmatched in the roster. For a team seeking a high-energy guard who can create off the dribble and defend multiple positions, Frias is a perfect fit—especially if you value resilience and defensive leadership over pure scoring volume.
