Versatile Tennessee back with proven burst and playmaking pedigree
Devrin Young profiles as a compact, all-purpose back whose value comes from versatility, quickness, and balance rather than size, and Tennessee listed him as a running back after a 3-star, 87-rated recruiting profile. In his Tennessee career, he appeared in 7 games with no starts, so he was more of a role player than a featured producer, but his Knoxville roots and high-school résumé point to a player who has shown playmaking flashes and toughness. He is a fit if you want a change-of-pace back who can add juice and offer depth, not a volume bell cow.[1][4][9]
