Instinctive, quick-twitch Penn State corner with big-game playmaking upside
Grant Haley stood out at Penn State as a compact, instincts-first corner whose quick reactions, recovery speed, and ball skills helped him make impact plays in big moments, including the famous blocked-field-goal return against Ohio State. As a senior in 2017, he was credited with 40 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 9 pass breakups, which points to a disruptive, versatile defender rather than just a coverage specialist. At 5-9 to 5-10, he fits best for teams that value toughness, anticipation, and competitive urgency over pure length.
