USF’s experienced, high-floor interior lineman
Thomas Shrader looks like a plug-and-play **veteran offensive lineman** for USF: he started 11 games at Appalachian State in 2024, has Power-4 experience from Florida State, and arrived in Tampa as a versatile blocker with proven pass-protection and run-game value. EA’s 2026 ratings highlight his **strength, awareness, and pass blocking** as his calling cards, while USF describes him as a versatile lineman rather than a one-position specialist. The fit is strongest for a team wanting maturity, steadiness, and flexibility more than pure upside.
