Projectable 6-5 QB With Size, Pedigree and Development Upside
Brister is a big-bodied, pro-style quarterback at 6-5 who arrived at Northern Colorado from Neville HS, where he was a three-time letterwinner, all-state/all-district honoree, and helped his team win district titles and reach the state semifinals in back-to-back years. He’s the kind of developmental QB who stands out first with frame and pedigree, then with long-term upside rather than gaudy box-score production; UNC’s roster page lists no college stats for him, and ESPN shows only a brief 2021 appearance, so the appeal is projection. If you want a size-based passer with room to grow, he’s intriguing.
