Lucas Harrington has become NSU’s late-game lever on the mound
In the 2026 season, Lucas Harrington emerged as a trusted Northwestern State right-handed reliever, already logging multiple saves and delivering high-leverage outs in tight conference games.[3][7][10] His calling card is poise: he’s been used to slam the door in the ninth, highlighted by a save-clinching strikeout against New Orleans and an orderly finish against UTRGV, while also flashing swing-and-miss ability with a five-inning, six-strikeout outing early in the year.[3][10][13] If a team wants a calm, competitive bullpen arm who can handle pressure and miss bats, Harrington looks like a fit.
