Gardner-Webb's Rising RHP with Explosive Velo Growth and Full Health
Jaden Bitter, a 6'2", 190-lb Junior RHP for Gardner-Webb, has dramatically improved his velocity and pitching ability over two seasons, making him a high-upside prospect for any team. Fully healthy after a medical redshirt in 2026 and with two years of eligibility remaining, Bitter brings intense competitiveness, a California grit from Valley Christian High School, and a versatile background (previously played infield/outfield at Ball State). His differentiator is not just stats but his rapid physical development and mental toughness—ideal for a team needing a reliable, intense starter who can evolve into a late-inning force. You should care because he’s a medical redshirt junior with elite growth trajectory and no injury concerns, making him a perfect fit for teams seeking depth and upside.
