Emerging Jaguar DB with Tackling Pedigree from HS Dominance
South Alabama safety Taj Bickham, a versatile defender listed at cornerback potential, flashed early promise with 5 tackles in limited 2024 action after transitioning from Mary G. Montgomery HS, where he posted 26 total tackles (16 solo, 3.3 per game) over 8 games in 2023-24—above national averages. His multi-school HS path (John Curtis to MGM) highlights adaptability and grit; expect bigger roles in the secondary for a gritty, instinctive playmaker who's a low-risk depth fit for G5 teams needing tackling reliability and special teams spark.
