elite rim-finisher, shot-blocker, and high-motor forward
Brandon Clarke’s defining traits are vertical pop, quick-twitch defense, and relentless energy—he’s the kind of forward who changes possessions, not just box scores. At Gonzaga, he emerged as a rare small-ball weapon: explosive around the rim, efficient in the paint, and a strong help defender with excellent timing, though his role-creation and perimeter shooting were still developing. The big caveat is durability; his career has been interrupted by a long string of lower-body injuries, so any team has to weigh impact against availability. If you want hustle, finishing, and rim protection, he fits. If you need a high-usage creator, less so.
