Matt Seres brings Iowa State a disciplined, high-motor defensive line presence
Seres is best known as a sturdy, reliable trench player rather than a flashy stat-stuffer: at Iowa State he played in 11 games and earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 recognition in 2020, while his Hudson High School career included two All-State selections and a run to the state finals. He profiles as a fit for teams that value effort, accountability, and technique, with the kind of hard-nosed background that usually translates to dependable practice habits and role-player value.
