Kwynn Walton brings physical, old-school linebacker energy to James Madison
Kwynn Walton is a throwback linebacker profile: physical, assignment-sound, and recognized early as a standout, with All-America-level acclaim in his earlier football career that points to toughness and impact rather than flash. The key question for James Madison is less about raw highlight production and more about whether his instincts, contact willingness, and competitive edge translate into consistent play at the FBS level. If you want a defender who fits a hard-nosed, details-first culture and can help set the tone in the box, he’s the kind of player worth a close look.[2]
