Undersized DT Powerhouse with Proven HS Pedigree
Redshirt sophomore Demetrius Baldwin (6-1, 278 lbs) brings elite high school credentials to Furman's D-line—3x all-region, 912Sports Defensive POY, all-state senior on an 8-4 squad, plus a state weightlifting title and 2022 championship ring—but limited college stats (1 FF in 2025 on 6-6 Furman team) show he's still developing.[1][2] His compact frame demands technique over size, yet Ware County dominance hints at disruptive intensity and strength; no injury flags, just raw upside for teams needing gritty rotational DTs who lift big and chase plays.
