dependable NIU leg with a proven MAC track record
Christian Hagan brings real veteran kicker value to Northern Illinois: he was an Academic All-MAC selection and led NIU in scoring with 78 points in the 2017 season, including 45 PATs and 11 field goals[3]. He also showed consistency, scoring in 32 straight games and earning MAC Player of the Week honors in 2017[3][4]. For a roster, that kind of steady, low-drama production is gold—especially for a team that wants reliability on special teams rather than just big-leg flash[3][4].
