Interior defensive depth with proven disruption
Brian Ahsoon is a **280-pound defensive tackle** who brings interior size and evidence of backfield impact, including **two sacks** and **four tackles** in the Illinois State roster/recruiting note available. His appeal is the classic D-line mix of mass and disruption potential: he looks built to hold gaps, collapse the pocket, and fit a physical front. Because the available source is an older recruiting item, current-season production, injury status, and role fit are not clearly documented here, so he profiles best as a player to evaluate for trench toughness and developmental upside rather than headline stats.
