William & Mary's Resilient Post Presence with Title Pedigree
Chandler Smith, William & Mary's 6'3" center, brings gritty rebounding (1.1 rpg) and defensive shot-blocking prowess from her senior year stats of 0.7 ppg, 1.1 rpg, and multiple blocks per game in limited minutes, highlighted by a career-high six boards and standout blocks against UNCW and Hofstra. A Washington state high school champ with 26 points and 10 rebounds in the title game, her transfer journey—from Nebraska to Gonzaga to Tribe—shows toughness and adaptability, making her a high-motor fit for teams needing intense, undersized bigs who battle above their stats.
