Katlyn Gilbert is DePaul’s savvy two-way veteran guard
In the 2023-24 season at DePaul, Katlyn Gilbert averaged 9.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 31 starts, while ESPN listed her at 8.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.2 assists with a 38.9% field-goal rate, which tells the story of a steady, all-around connector more than a pure scorer[1][3]. Her biggest selling points are versatility, defensive playmaking, and veteran poise—she has repeatedly shown she can rebound, create, and generate steals, and her career path through Notre Dame, Missouri, and DePaul adds real experience and adaptability[1][2][9]. If you want a guard who brings toughness, glue-girl value, and late-game steadiness, she’s very much worth your attention[1][6].
