Not Your Typical WR – Proven Leader Transitioning from Athletics Director Role
Mike Mattia, previously Georgetown Hoyas' standout WR known for explosive speed and clutch receptions in the early 2010s, has evolved into a top-tier athletics administrator; after a 7-year impactful tenure as Executive Director at Gettysburg College (2018-2025), he's departing end of June 2025 for new opportunities. His differentiator? Elite leadership and program-building intensity, turning around departments with winning cultures—no injury concerns, just relentless drive. Care because he's a culture-fit gem for teams seeking veteran savvy over raw stats; perfect for coaching or front-office roles.
