the ultimate glue-guy senior walk-on for Texas Tech
Brandsma is a 6-foot-5 forward whose value has always been rooted in toughness, maturity, and team-first reliability rather than box-score fireworks. In his 2016-17 Texas Tech season, he appeared in 29 games, averaged 0.9 points and 0.3 rebounds, and earned a Senior Night start, reflecting the kind of trusted, hard-working presence coaches love. He’s a good fit if your team needs a low-ego, locker-room-plus veteran who understands role acceptance, brings energy, and keeps the machine humming.
