Versatile forward with proven scoring touch and comeback resilience
Candice Silas is a former Elon forward who stood out as a high-usage scorer and long-range threat, becoming Elon’s and the Southern Conference’s all-time leader in made three-pointers while averaging over 22 points per game in the 2011-12 award recap. She also brought length and all-around production coming out of high school, and her 2012-13 season was limited to three games as she returned from an ACL injury. The key fit question is durability, but when healthy she projects as a tough, skill-based forward who can stretch defenses and give a team experienced shot-making.
