Cedric Boswell brings veteran size, tacklers’ edge, and proven DB production
Cedric Boswell is a redshirt senior defensive back at Miami (OH) in the 2026 season, listed at 5-foot-11 and 193 pounds after transferring from Iowa, and he has a real résumé: in the 2021 season he posted 61 tackles, 7 pass breakups, 1 forced fumble, and 1 interception for the RedHawks. He profiles as a physical, competitive cover man who keeps plays in front of him and tackles well, with evaluators noting quickness, burst, and upside; the main knock has been polish in his footwork and backpedal. If you want a DB with experience, toughness, and NFL-level intrigue, Boswell is worth a serious look.
