Massive Purdue Center, Efficient Post Scorer, and Toughness-Driven Big
Isaac Haas was a 7-foot-2 Purdue center known for efficient low-post scoring, soft touch around the rim, and a physical interior presence that made him hard to move in the paint; in Purdue’s 2017-18 season he averaged 12.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks while shooting 58.7% from the field. His value goes beyond box scores: evaluators and team coverage have highlighted his resilience and determination through injury challenges, which matters if you want a traditional big who can anchor the paint and bring veteran toughness rather than switch-heavy mobility.
