Youngstown State QB Conor Collins is a depth piece still looking for a breakthrough
Conor Collins has been a developmental quarterback for Youngstown State, with limited game action and no recorded passing production in the available stats, so his value is more about roster depth and program familiarity than box-score impact. He appears to be a steady, willing worker who has stayed with the team through multiple seasons, but there is not enough public evidence yet to call him a high-upside difference-maker. For a team, he profiles as a low-drama, system-fit QB rather than an immediate answer under center.
