veteran ACU corner with ball skills and physical edge
Richard Griffin III is a long, experienced cornerback for Abilene Christian who brings a 6-foot, 190-pound frame and proven ball production, including an interception and a forced fumble in his college stat line[1][2]. In the 2016 season, he also showed up as a steady tackler with multiple stops in game logs, a sign of a CB who isn’t shy about supporting the run[4][9]. The big differentiator: he profiles as a physical, assignment-sound defender with veteran experience, but the publicly available data is limited and dated, so current-year form is harder to verify from the accessible sources[1][2].
