Ethan Mooney brings veteran kicker reliability to North Texas
Ethan Mooney profiles as a steady, high-leverage kicker who has delivered for North Texas in pressure moments, including game-winning and late field goals, and finished his UNT career with a program-record 331 points. His track record includes strong volume, accuracy in the 2022 season, and proven kickoff value, with North Texas noting he led the team with 91 points in 2022 and averaged 52.0 yards per kickoff with 10 touchbacks. If a roster needs calm, experienced special-teams production and a kicker who has already shown he can handle clutch situations, Mooney is the kind of fit that quietly wins games.
