Julia Apostolakos has become ECU’s shutdown arm in the circle
In the 2026 season, the redshirt sophomore right-hander was a clear engine for East Carolina, posting a 2.94 ERA with 118 strikeouts in 173.2 innings and earning American Conference Second Team honors, plus Pitcher of the Week after a 7.2-inning gem against Florida Atlantic. She brings durability, finish-the-game poise, and real two-way value as a RHP/UTL, with complete games, shutouts, and saves all on the ledger. If a team wants a competitive, high-volume arm who can handle pressure and swing games in the circle, she’s absolutely worth the look.
