veteran Catamount target and captain-like presence with reliable hands
In the 2000 season, Caesar Campana was a senior wide receiver for Western Carolina, voted a team captain and recognized for his leadership and consistency, while also earning Academic All-District honors[2][4]. He had 14 catches in 1999 and was the kind of experienced, trusted pass-catcher coaches lean on in key moments[2]. The upside here is less flashy speed-chart stuff and more mature football: dependable route work, senior poise, and buy-in, which makes him a solid fit for teams valuing reliability, locker-room juice, and accountability over highlight-reel noise[2][4].
