Jason Smith brings versatility, but current public stat trail is thin
Jason Smith is listed as a Prairie View A&M forward, but current public scouting and stat detail on his 2026 role is limited, so the safest read is that he profiles as a depth/rotation piece rather than a widely tracked headline star. ESPN lists him on the Panthers roster, while public stat pages provide little recent, reliable production context, which makes him more of a watch-list fit than a plug-and-play impact target right now. If a team values size, positional flexibility, and upside over proven volume numbers, he could be an interesting flyer; if it needs a clearly documented go-to contributor, the evidence is still light.
