Victor Hosten brings ball-hawking, playmaking upside to Norfolk State’s secondary
Hosten’s calling card is **turnover production**: Norfolk State lists him as a two-year letterwinner who earned second-team all-district honors after posting **46 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles** in high school, which points to a DB who can diagnose plays and attack the ball. That profile suggests a defender with range, competitiveness, and opportunistic instincts—useful for a team looking for a safety/corner hybrid who can help create takeaways rather than just make routine stops. Based on the available public info, he looks like a **high-upside fit** for a secondary that values physicality and playmaking.
