veteran Louisville linebacker with reliable tackling upside
Jon Dempsey is a 6-foot, 233-pound junior linebacker from Willingboro, N.J., who gives Louisville a sturdy, experienced body in the middle of the defense. His profile points to a player built on instincts, toughness, and tackling consistency rather than flash, which makes him the kind of glue guy coaches trust when games get messy. He’s a solid fit for a team that wants physicality and reliability at LB, though there isn’t enough current 2026 production data here to claim breakout-star status yet.
