Graduate Forward Markese Redding: High-Energy Glass Cleaner with Elite Intensity
Markese Redding, a 6-7 graduate forward from Brooklyn, NY, stands out not for volume scoring but for his relentless, high-intensity approach to the offensive glass and defensive hustle. In the 2025-26 season, he posted career highs of 5 rebounds and 16 minutes in a single game, demonstrating his ability to impact play when trusted. His differentiator is his 'never-tire' personality and Brooklyn-born grit, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a forward who maximizes every possession without needing the ball in his hands. While his stats (0.8 PPG, 1.1 REB) are modest, his intensity and rebounding ceiling (career-high 5) reveal a player who elevates team morale and defensive stability, ideal for a role-player slot on a competitive roster.
