R.J. Earls brings trench value to a rising Sam Houston line
Earls is a **developmental offensive lineman** in a program that has shown real momentum, helping a Sam Houston team that went **9-3 in 2024** and won its first bowl game since moving up from FCS. His value is less about flashy stats and more about the hard-to-measure traits that matter up front: size, physicality, and the ability to stabilize the line in a power-first setting. For a team needing interior or depth help, he profiles as a practical fit if you want toughness, consistency, and upside in the run game.
