A versatile UAPB target with proven hands and return value
Patrick Rowland II has shown the kind of two-way value coaches love: he was listed by UAPB as a WR/KR/PR and, in the 2017 FCS National Bowl, he was among players getting NFL looks. His game profile suggests reliability and utility more than flash — he was described as a favorite target in spring work, and his versatility as a receiver plus return man makes him a sneaky-fit piece for teams needing toughness, experience, and special-teams juice.
