Experienced Coastal Carolina corner with ball skills and steady production
Derick Bush is a 6-foot-1 Coastal Carolina cornerback who brings real experience, toughness, and proven playmaking to the secondary. In his Coastal career, he logged 135 total tackles, 19 passes defended, 4 interceptions, and 7 tackles for loss, with his pass breakups and passes defended ranking among the program’s career leaders. He also posted a strong pro-day profile for a corner, including a 4.58-4.59 forty and 8.625-inch hands, which backs up the film: quick, competitive, and comfortable attacking the ball. Good fit for teams wanting an older, battle-tested CB with reliable instincts and special-teams value.
