ETSU linebacker Brian Jones brings veteran depth and a clean slate entering 2026
Brian Jones is listed by ETSU and ESPN as an East Tennessee State linebacker, but the available public trail is thin on recent stat production, which usually means he’s more of a depth-or-role player than a headline-grabber right now[1][2][3]. The good news: that can still make him valuable if he’s a steady communicator, a reliable tackler, and a strong fit in special teams or sub-packages where effort, recognition, and consistency matter more than splash plays. If you’re looking for a linebacker projection, the profile here says “watch the role, not the box score.”[1][3]
