Trevor James is a proven, high-motor linebacker with a knack for disruption
Trevor James brings real linebacker juice: in the 2022 season, he logged 32 tackles for Alcorn State despite missing one game, and his high-school résumé showed the same playmaking edge with 116 tackles and 9.0 sacks in a single season. At 6-foot, 205 pounds, he looks like a compact, aggressive defender who can trigger downhill, create havoc, and finish plays rather than just pile up empty tackle totals. If you want a tone-setter who plays with urgency and a nose for negative plays, he’s worth a hard look.
