Tonjee Ward brings two-way toughness and clutch scoring for Saint Francis U
Ward is best known as a disruptive, high-motor guard whose defense and timely offense can swing games; archival game notes describe her as the NEC Defensive Player of the Year and highlight outings with 22 and 24 points plus seven steals, which points to a player who impacts both ends rather than just padding scoring totals.[1][2] For a team looking for a guard who competes, defends, and can take over in key moments, Ward profiles as a strong fit because her calling card is intensity, playmaking, and winning-possession value—not just box-score volume.[1][2]
