Miyah Barnes brings UAB a proven, playmaking guard with scoring punch and defensive versatility
Barnes stands out as a combo guard who can score, create for others, and add value on the defensive end; in her UAB career, she became a 1,000-point scorer and one of only three Blazers with 1,000 points and 500 assists, showing real on-ball impact and sustained production. Her background also suggests she fits winning teams that value pace, spacing, and guard-driven offense, while her coaching role at UAB points to strong basketball IQ and a developmental mindset. If you need a guard who can organize, attack, and compete, she is a strong fit.
