Dennis Godfrey brings proven tackle experience and steady line play to Wake Forest
In his Wake Forest career, Dennis Godfrey has shown the kind of dependable, workmanlike profile coaches value on the offensive line: he started all 12 games at left tackle in 2011, graded out at 73 percent for the season, and logged 24.5 knockdown blocks[6]. Listed by 247Sports as a Wake Forest tight end recruit and 6-3, 255 pounds, he carries versatility and size that can translate into multiple roles up front[1][2]. He also has a noted community-minded background, including helping lead tornado relief efforts, which speaks to leadership and character beyond the box score[3].
