Patrick Graffree is a veteran interior defender with SEC size and a chip on his shoulder
In the 2014 season, EKU coaches described Patrick Graffree as a potential wild card on the interior defensive line, and his profile still pops for one big reason: he brings power, length, and experience from Kentucky into the Colonels’ front[15][11]. He was a redshirt freshman transfer listed at 6-foot-3 to 6-foot-4 and around 260 to 286 pounds, with high-school production that included 11 sacks as a senior and 91 tackles with 10 tackles for loss as a junior[14][11]. He missed much of spring ball with injury, so the key question is availability and consistency, but if he’s healthy, he fits as an active, disruptive DL who can bring edge and toughness to a defense[15].
