Proven UCF Tackler with Impact-Play Production
Derrick Hallman’s calling card at UCF is reliable, high-volume tackling with real playmaking upside: he finished his Knights career with 274 total tackles and added impact stats like sacks, forced fumbles, and interceptions, which suggests a linebacker who can both finish plays and create disruption. His 2008 season earned honorable mention All-Conference USA honors, and his long track record shows durability, consistency, and a nose for the football rather than just empty stops. If you value a physical, assignment-sound defender with proven production and some splash-play instinct, he fits well.
