veteran edge name, but not a featured 2026 Arkansas State pass-rush driver
Jermaine Montgomery appears on Arkansas State-related player listings, but the available public roster and depth-chart information for 2026 does not show him as a current featured DE contributor, so his present on-field profile is tough to separate from the bigger names ahead of him. The main takeaway: if he’s in the program mix, he looks like a depth/role player rather than a headline edge rusher, which means fit depends on special-teams value, practice intensity, and whether a team wants a developmental, low-drama front-seven piece rather than an instant-impact sack artist.
