Sacramento State’s veteran DL anchor from the Hornets’ history books
Matt Lawrence is a Sacramento State defensive lineman with program pedigree, but the available public roster/history data does not show current-season production, so the clearest takeaway is his long-term tie to the Hornets and defensive-line profile rather than fresh stat-line fireworks. He projects as the kind of interior presence teams like because of experience, trench toughness, and roster familiarity—useful traits if you want a dependable DL piece who fits a physical, assignment-sound front. If you need a heavily verified current-performance read, the public data here is thin, so this is more “context and fit” than “box-score star.”
