Ashton Jones brings efficient guard play and proven scoring pedigree to North Florida
Ashton Jones is a North Florida guard whose current college stat line is modest, but his profile points to a player with real floor-spacing and guard versatility upside: ESPN lists him at 0.7 points and 1.1 rebounds per game in the most recent season data, while North Florida notes he was a high-impact prep scorer who averaged 17 points, 8 rebounds and 2.5 assists as a senior. [8][7] For a team, the appeal is a low-drama, multi-purpose guard who has shown he can produce across categories; the question is whether he can translate that high-school load into consistent Division I impact.
