Jaquez Moore brings Duke a veteran, bursty RB with real big-play juice
In the 2025 season, Jaquez Moore showed reliable explosive-play ability for Duke, finishing with 41 carries for 201 rushing yards and 1 touchdown, plus 4 catches for 44 yards. He’s a compact 5'10", 205-pound back with proven career production, including 1,481 rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns across five seasons, and Duke’s roster notes highlight 20-plus-yard pop and steady pass-catching value. The fit? A veteran, physical, change-of-pace runner who can punish creases and help on passing downs, though recent production has been more complementary than bell-cow dominant.
