Mikey Watkins brings proven veteran guard production to UMass Lowell
Watkins is a steady, experienced guard who has already shown he can score efficiently, handle the ball, and contribute as a multi-year winner, including an NE10 Third Team nod in 2020-21 and a championship run at Merrimack[2]. In his Merrimack career, he averaged 8.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while shooting 47.7% from the field and 34.0% from three, which points to a reliable two-way perimeter fit[2].
