A versatile guard with proven college experience and program-to-program toughness
Shaylan Coleman brings veteran guard experience, having appeared in college basketball at multiple programs, including Mid-America Christian and Oklahoma Baptist, before being linked to UTEP. While current season stat lines aren’t available in the provided results, her value profile is that of a steady backcourt player who has already navigated different systems and levels of competition—useful for a team seeking composure, adaptability, and low-drama reliability. If UTEP wants a guard who can learn quickly, compete hard, and fit into a defined role, Coleman looks like a solid, pragmatic addition.
